AB Steele’s Shipboard Journal – 21 April 1886

Arose at 6 am. The Sea is still very rough owing to the swell of the under-current. We spied a lot of flying fish to-day – almost like a group of sparrows. The heat is not so intense, there being a good breeze.

Distance 286 miles.
