We’re holding a series of workshops throughout 2017 designed for those just starting out with family history and those who’d like to refresh some skills. We have something here for everyone.

Come to one workshop or come to many – the choice is yours. Each workshop is open to members and visitors.

Cost – Members free / Non-members $5.00 (refunded on joining NW&DFHG).

I have done some research into Indian, British army 1863 to1900′ and some Welsh heriditry but I no longer have access to the ancestry site,. am I able to continue with my investigations through the casey heritage group. And if so do your group only meet on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Cranbourne venue. I await your reply with anticipation. Best regards, David Jarvis.

      Hello David,
Our workshops are normally held on the 3rd Monday of the month. But, our Research Room is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm at the moment. We welcome visitors to the room and would normally charge a $5 visitor’s fee. We have Ancestry on three of our computers, and two volunteers who would give you every assistance.
The Cranbourne Library also has Ancestry available for free in the library, as do all the Casey Cardinia Libraries branches.
